    According to Google, iPhone users do an average of 50 times more Google searches than their nearest competitor.

    That is a lot of searching!

    “We thought it was a mistake and made our engineers check the logs again,” Vic Gundotra, head of Google’s mobile operations told the Financial Times at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

    competitors meaning “other mobile users” - no other phone has a want-to-use web UI, only have-to-use UIs for emergency browsing.
